Washington has been playing better lately and will likely end up in the playoffs, so I don't think they will move him. Hell, even if they weren't getting in there is no reason they should move a young guy like him. Even if they decide they need to rebuild he will be part of the rebuild process, not part of the blowup/blowout sale.

Here's a thought. Since Pitt just got Iginla, maybe they'd be open to moving that Crosby fellow...:laugh:

Washington isn't moving Carlson unless you give them a gross overpayment.

We're not getting him. Plain and simple. I hope Chia realizes that this team needs pieces, but I don't want to over pay for Carlson.

Our only hope of immediate depth scoring now is Soderberg. Hopefully he can come over sooner rather than later.
