Of course it's a Habs goal so not thread worthy. We already know how it works around here.

Barely even a goal. Couple inches one way, it's off the post and out. :shakehead

Hell baby
So this guy seems pretty good. Am I misreading that, because he's been quite good against the Bruins

The Kings are producing highlight reel goals left and right, not scoring them though.

Sekac is a beaut. I'd he's been our best forward overall this season. Love his game.

Good goal, not really thread worthy.

What is thread worthy perhaps is a player discussion about Sekac. Whats his skillset, potential, etc.

Offensively he has some nice tools. Decent hands, decent shot. He's amazing at winning battles along the boards and retrieving those pucks deep. He skates well and is often the first guy back checking. Pretty solid defensively.

He's showing a lot of good stuff. Now, it's only been 24 games for him in the NHL and on NA size rinks. He'll keep improving, I think he can be a 50-60 pts player in a couple years but I may be overestimating it. I don't make that type of predictions often. It's just that Sekac skill set is made for the NHL.

Protects the puck like no other rookie, great hands, 2-way player. If he becomes a 50 point, 2-way player I'm happy.

Best ? Hardly

Pacioretty.. Galchenyuk, plekanec, Gallagher ...

But yeah he's really good . He definitely look like he could become a solid 2nd liner with 50pts potential

Pretty goal but made even more sweet by the fact we got Sekac for free! Well, we do pay him, but you know what I mean.

nice goal ... signing Sekac as UFA was like getting bonus 1st round pick on the draft for free :)

I agree with this.

So happy that we managed to pick up Sekac, I think he'll be a 50-point 2nd liner who's good defensively as well. Signing him is like getting a free-1st rounder, great move by Bergevin!
