Don't worry Objective Poster --these Knights are a bunch of "castoffs" and no match for the Jets. The series was over after Game 1, and we'll take the next 3 straight-no problem . The Jet's are clearly in the driver's seat.

they did look like a bunch of cast offs once the jets started playing with urgency....as I said all along the knights will only win if fleury plays out of his mind....last night he was ridiculous with some of those saves....

every good team has to face playoff adveristy. The Jets are behind in a series for the first time. After the way they came out in the third I'm not horribly worried about the next game. I think they can still force the split.

I really didn't expect the Jets to get out of the first round. I hoped and prayed they would, but, I expected a hard fought 4-3 loss. At best i hoped for first round win and a hard fought second round exit. As bad as I want them to win and still hope/think they can, Stanley cups are hard to win and at this point NO TEAM is a pushover....I can't help but feel this is all just a learning experience. Win or lose The lessons learned this series make us better in the future.

The workers at the arena wouldn't let them start a few minutes before the scheduled time, like 15 minutes. Sportsnet showed some video. One guy had the net off its posts, couple of other guys were on the ice preventing practice. Maurice talked to them, maybe trying to convince them to leave, but they were hearing nothing of it.

They were allowed to practice, just not earlier than scheduled. They came out a bit early and the ice guy wouldn't let them on before they were suppose to. Technically not a big deal at all, but kind of unheard of from what the guys on TV said.

The only reason why I made that post, is I thought you were selling Vegas -- way to short. They are as fast as the Jets, their transition game is as good as, or better than the Jets and they play with intensity "every game"-- no letups. They have some good scorers like Marchechault and Carlson --and can just about match the match the Jets in that department as well. Goaltenders are about "even". Helle did make a bad clearing attempt last game, and that cost us a goal. Could have been the difference.

The Jet's are not getting "support scoring from Ehlers, Perrault, Little, Laine, and their other depth guys, and that spells trouble to me. The most dangerous thing a team or fan base can do is undermine their opponent. The Jet's have to play with the intensity they played the Preds with, or they will lose.

If the Jets win the next game -- I'd say this is a 50-50 series, as to who wins, with a "very slight" edge to the Jets. If the Jets lose the next game and go down 3-1, I think Nashville wins this series in 6. ( quite sure) We'll now see what kind of fighting character the Jet's have --they showed it in the Preds series--so they can do this.

As a life long Winnipeger--I'm strongly pulling for the Jets-- however I'm just being an Objective Poster here.

T-Mobile Arena is very nice... but not the Knights fan who dumped his beer on me and called me a dumb Canadian. Let's just say amazing staff at T-Mobile Arena took care of it and really made up for it. Other than that loss, I had a very good night afterwards and stayed up till 2 AM. Let's just say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.

Vegas has scored its last 6 goals off of turnovers. The Jets have much more skill than Vegas does. Now that the Jets are behind in the series you will see a much more intense effort. Im still not sold on this Vegas team. The "hard work and determination" only gets you so far when you dont have much high end talent. As I said, if Vegas does win this series it will be because of Fleury or laziness by the Jets. Period. I dont see the Jets playing lazy anymore now that they are down. So it will be Fleury playing out of his mind and thanking the goalposts or the Jets will take over starting next game. Even with the Jets down 2-1 they are still the favourites in my book.

Well, I still think your selling this Vegas team short OP -- but you do make some good points, and the Jet's do have a better team on paper--"but it may not be enough."

At least we're on the same page, that we still think the Jet's have the talent and can rally back and win this series--"let's hope so"-- Next game is HUGE !!!

I wish I could say the Jet's are the favorites "right now"--like you have. This is very subjective --I'd say Vegas at this point in time are now the slight favorites--"scary to think that way"

It was funny, I was just sitting there talking to my buddy after James Neal scored, and out of nowhere this drunk in a Marchessault jersey dumps beer on me and says, 'Dumb Canadian.' I just about lost my temper, but luckily the Usher saw everything and got that a-hole escorted out by security. T-Mobile Arena gave my buddy and I a very good sincere apology on that guy's behalf and banned him for a year. First thing I thought about was how that was a waste of a good cold beer, especially with how hot it is out there.

I also enjoyed the Knights intro when they lower the helmet and played John Wick mode. I think I just love intros that are intense. Plus, the Jets fans are always amazing and saw so many in the stands that evening. Makes me proud to be a Jets fan, couldn't ask for better fans for my team!
