It's sports, any sample size of one is truer than science as long as the backstory is sufficiently convoluted.

I hated Scheif so much the first time I worked for him I did it again and it sucked even worse. Sounds like a surefire winner in court

Poor first period by the team but special teams were on early and the Jets found their game through the last two periods.

Brossoit with a nice tidy night and win.

Poolman was a mess in his own end and with the puck yet again. Morrissey was off in the first but played a very strong last two periods and ended up crushing his matchups even with Poolman being all over the place.

Pionk and Kuli with another solid all around game. I liked the play of both players tonight

Demelo looks like he will fit right in. Smart positionally and smart plays with the puck. I hope he is moved up with JoMo next game. Beau was just ok.

Scheifele line like JoMo were off in the first but did they ever turn it on in the second and third. Real strong effort from Scheifele and Ehlers. Wheeler was giving err but couldn't handle the puck tonight.

Second line: Laine and Connor with real nice nights and Copp looked a bit more comfortable.

Kid line had its moments but weren't as noticeable tonight.

Fourth line was solid and nice to see Shaw pick up a point.

Good to see the coaching staff make some adjustments on the breakout as the game went on. Special teams were also on point today.
