Kind of confused here. Up until yesterday, It said I could redeem a Byfuglien signed jersey for 25,000 points. Now it appears that it is an auction. And the 25,000 points is the minimum opening bid. Hmm. Am I the only one who feels a bit misled? I understand 1000 people can't be having dinner with Chevy at the Keg or driving the Zamboni. So are all the items up for grabs gonna be auction type? If that's the case, there are gonna be a lot of unclaimed points happening.

I am pretty sure the Buff jersey is an auction. The rest are things you buy.

I'm pretty sure it was only 15,000 points for an autographed jersey. Reason why I figure that is I'm over half way there and was planning on cashing in on 1 next year.

Not impressed to see the auction STARTING at 25,000 now... and only 1 player at a time?!?

All in all, I still don't think they're doing enough/the right things as "perks".

I don't like that I don't receive credit for my 1/4 season share tickets. The rewards say that I've been a share partner for 3 years, but the only points I have are for entering codes watching games. Is there something I'm missing?

I think the primaty account holder has to tranfer points to you.

to be clear, the other section just listing "game worn jersey" is still there, but I would guess it will be the less desired players you would get, and that you don't get to pick .. all speculation of course.

Yeah, this makes no sense. On the web site it lists:

Authentic Autographed Jersey SKU: WJ44 Authentic Pro-weight navy jersey. 25,000 points

Dustin Byfuglien Autographed Jersey SKU: WJ51 Authentic Pro-weight navy jersey. Auction starting at 25,000 points

Why would I enter the auction and use more than 25,000 points when I should be able to get the same item for exactly 25,000 points? Unless for SKU: WJ44 is a player the Jets pick ( like James Wright ) and all the popular players will be by auction?

I have a great memory. no, I looked at an old thread that listed them when it was first released, and then I compared it to what was left on the website now.

I'm guessing most of these were thought as a good idea, but they weren't given the green light by the team, TNSE, MTSC, or other businesses. The sad thing is that the rewards program looked very exciting at first, but now is very limited and doesn't appear to be a great program. Hopefully it will be fixed.

Maybe they only offer certain things once a year and someone grabbed them already? Or they knew what they were doing and sucked season ticket holders into 6 years to get more points. I didn't care about the points so I signed for 3 years.

Anyone been able to redeem points yet? I got on at 10am in case everything sold out fast but haven't been able to redeem anything. Or does it have to be done over the phone?

Edit: Nevermind, I was able to purchase online at 10:25!

I guess ( JMO ) that the Jets don't want 10,000 people saving up their points to all get an autographed jersey all at the same time, so these will just be done via auctions. I would imagine all the "good" stuff could be auctions. Joe fan could have a hard time out bidding a private box holder.

I wonder if you get points on the $50 Jets Gear gift cards... We get five points for every dollar spent at the Jets Gear store.

For example, a friend of mine used his points for $200 in gift cards. If he gets the points on the $200 in gift cards, that's 1000 reward points, or almost another $50 card.

Well, at least these aren't the MBNA Jets rewards. Now those suck. I did however get a panorama pic of the Jets first game against the Habs. All I need is a frame and those are expensive!

The points would have been awarded when the gift card was bought not when we redeem them.....so we wont get double points...

That's $0.04 per point! 4% cashback (giftcardback?) on your season tickets...that's a decent return.
