Jets practice at Ice Plex

Is there any way to know when the Jets practice at iceplex? Would it be on days when the MTS Centre is booked for an event. Are these practices open to the public?

Iceplex is always open to the public. Oct 8 & 9 will be your next opportunity. They may not practice both days though. The new CBA gives the players 4 off days every month.
