I got to see this guy play recently and he looked pretty good. I thought he was pretty good on faceoffs and solid in his own end. Guessing by the "C" on his chest, he's a good leader. He showed some good work ethic and looks like a good player in front of the net. He has a good shot, too. Reminded me a little bit of Trevor Linden in a way.

Anything to add anyone? What do you guys think of this guy? Would my comparison be far off?

I saw him play the Giants and was thoroughly impressed. Good size, and skill, and as you mentioned a natural leader. I think a comparison of Roenick would also be suiting.
