Wildcard hunt with 4 or 5 teams? You move him, but don't expect top return due to his NMC.

Since he would reportedly only waive for Buffalo or Toronto, it will be interesting to see if he waives for another team if the Sabres are in the hunt and he likes it here.

Did you see what they did at the deadline last season?

They traded twice within the conference, one being a 3 way trade and the other a small piece. Not sure why you think they are going to trade Stone to us at the TDL?

You're talking about a guy who was -27 playing against 3rd liners. He should have been dominating the opposition yet for some reason he looked like he didn't give a flying f*** all season.

If he stays healthy and motivated, you may have won this trade.

Honestly, I'm ecstatic with the return because he's not the type of player I would want around my young kids. He scores, but he doesn't play the game the way it need to be played. He's one of the worst guys in his own zone I've ever seen..
