cap space can be made, but I'm not sure about Carter waiving his nmc for Dallas

that's the only hitch right? I think Carter is a good fit and Kings should move him if the return helps their future

He doesn't have a NMC. He will be 34 soon though, and signed until 2022, which while not as limiting as a NMC, does make things more complicated.

I like Carter but with his age and contract I'd prefer to go after Toffoli from the Kings. If we go after a 2C hopefully it'll be Duchene, but the Sens won't move him anytime soon if at all
