The Canucks prefer to overpay for their 3rd/4th liners, not get them for free.

Maybe the Canucks have the better scouts, then Ottawa. Jayce had a real future in Florida, but he did nothing then hurt himself and dont work on himself.
For real there was no development in 3-4 Years. Maybe when he starts working on him seriously, he could be a 4th Liner.
But his decision makeing is real bad. So when you need current help, pass on him.

Ottawa i guess will take with him atleast a 2 Year run.
