Hi Florida Fans,

Quick question about Garrison. Some of us Canuck fans were wondering if you had clips of Garrison that shows him shutting down some of the elite talent at the NHL level? We know he has a booming shot, but otherwise all other reports show that he has some great advanced stats in terms of facing a great quality in terms of competition.

Did you guys have clips or stories or game scenarios that could help us put into perspective with what he can do and how his game has adjusted over the past two years?

Many thanks in advance!

In terms of shutting down the top players for the opposition though were there examples you guys can ring off the top of your heads?

Clips would be great if you guys have any. Many thanks in advance!

Eh, it's going to be hard to find clips of that kind of stuff. Take our word for it. He's very reliable in his own end against good competition because he has sound positioning and is a smart player with decent skating abilities.

He's a pretty quiet guy, I'm interested to see how he deals with the pressure of being in the spotlight

YouTube him, that's where they'd be anyway. He's not an elite guy, but if he continues where he left off here you guys will love him.

Defensivly, position wise he just clicked great with Mike Weaver. They rarely made mistakes when together

Gotta pair Garry with a stay-at-home guy so he can have the time and space to step up into the play and take shots.

If they want Garry to continue scoring goals then they'll probably want to pair him up with a guy like Edler since it was Campbell giving him the time and space to unleash his hellfire shot.
