Scratched for the past 3 games. Not really performance based. Just don't have a spot open at the moment.
He's a pending UFA making basically 4 mil. Coyotes will likely retain a chunk to make it even more palatable and potentially enhance the return.
In all, he's a good veteran right-handed shot who can eat about 20 minutes.
So what's the return? Doesn't really make sense to take back a contract given he's a UFA. I imagine mid-level pick(s) or interesting mid-tier prospects would be the target.
