The offence is so dry right now that giving a guy like Kovar a shot would make a lot of sense.

He's likely looking for the same type of deal be for from the IslesThe offence is so dry right now that giving a guy like Kovar a shot would make a lot of sense.
Why do you think so? I think he had more options when he got the deal from the Isles. He agreed to PTO in AHL, so I would assume, that at this point he just wants to play in NHL.He's likely looking for the same type of deal be for from the Isles
You could be right. But I get the feeling that they're interested in the player enough that if he could definitely be had on the cheap for 1 year, they'd have done it already. Why do you think so? I think because Kovar is a center.Za
Why not try Cehlarik, Zach, Fitz, Blidth first? Not liking the idea of having another turtle join the team.
If he isn’t the fastest skater this is where I hope he goes. Makes more sense to me to put him on wing where his speed won’t be relied on, plus it gives that line a savvy player who can hopefully put up some points.Sign him and put him with Krejci please
Absolutely, what's it hurt? Our 3rd line C spot needs to be filled, why not try himI’m pro Kovar. 1 year 1 million. Won’t block anyone.
Sure. They need a center but will put him on line with another center.Sign him and put him with Krejci please
Doubt they sign him. Stempniak the ‘safer’ option if they decide to go down that road.
