Does everything average, not always a bad thing. Big player, has good all-around skills. Likely a 3rd liner at best, could surprise as a 2nd liner. 15-20 goals at peak, kinda like Martin Lapointe.

I've seen Neal four or five times, including live at the Top Prospects Skills Competition and Game, he was average at best.

In my opinion a 3rd liner at best in the future.
