What is his upside (what d-man could he be compared to?) What are the chances of him making the nhl, and if so, what kinda of impact would he have and in how much time?

    Thanks!

    Pretty good upside.

One of the best defencemen in the Q.

Great Offensive skills. Great Wheels, nice stickhandling skills, good in all 3 zones. Not a liability defensively, can take the body when he needs to. Need to add some muscle like most teenagers, but that will come with time.

Will be a weapon on the point in the power play. I'd say a potential #3 defencemen, #2 max.

Similar style of Sergei Gonchar, but better defensively...

Weird that he's hardly ever talked about on here.

    He's a property of the Dallas Stars...lol that's why !!

How many Stars fan we have on this board ? lol not many.

All I can say is Vishnevsky will be a good one in the NHL.

One of my favorite D-men prospects !! :yo:

looks like the Stars will have some good offensive dmen with Niskanen and Vishnevsky when Zubov/Boucher are gone ;)
