Radil didnt see a shift in the 3rd. Hopefully that is telling for future lineup decisions, probably not though.

Hopefully more time for Gregor. I'd also like them to make a move for another forward sooner rather than later. Team is playing well and it'd push everyone down and maximise our depth. If we get that elusive top 6 winger, the right fit too, I really like this team.

Mayyybe Nolan, though they have pretty different play styles

Kane’s a lot faster than Nolan was and is more of a high volume shooter. The physicality and shoot-first mentality is definitely there for both of them though.

We haven't ever had an Evander Kane type on the Sharks. When he's on, he's Jarome Iginla-lite (Iginla in his prime still blows away Kane, but the styles are similar). When Kane is on, I often say "Oh man he's in Iginla mode tonight."

What made Nolan so memorable, during those years, we were trading for guys such as Jon Morris and Viacheslav Butsayev. These guys brought some kind of hope.
We acquired Nolan and it tore fans apart because the cost was Ozolinsh. That first game, against Dallas, Nolan ran right through some player and we cheered so loud. This was new. A tough guy who could skate and score. He was great but can’t be compared to Thornton. Jumbo is a hall of famer, no question.
