Can you imagine what it will be like when Barzal is feeding Bellows and Wahlstrom!!
Be shocked if that was a line at even strength. PP, sure. But at 5v5 that line would struggle in a lot of areas, chiefly defense. Can you imagine what it will be like when Barzal is feeding Bellows and Wahlstrom!!
Defence - Schmefence. Who needs that? I'd suggest not even trying to block shots.Be shocked if that was a line at even strength. PP, sure. But at 5v5 that line would struggle in a lot of areas, chiefly defense.

Dear god, Bellows' shot is deadly.
It's unbelievable. I remember the first time I saw it. Like a lightning bolt traveling across the ice. Makes Nelson's shot look like Bailey's.

Maybe Sorokin being pusbed into a backup role with his KHL team, increases the chances he buys out his final season and joins the isles for next season..Looks like neither Sorokin or Skarek are starters, neither had a game last week....we have some pretty exciting college level players as well, looks like Pastujov may be a player afterall, maybe a good bottom six guy down the line. I wonder if Wahlstrom is regretting the college route like Bellows did.

or, the team knows he is leaving, and is giving time to the other goalie...Or more likely being punished for daring to suggest he wants to come over next season, with those stats.
Now that Snow is gone, it is refreshing to see what you think about the players.
AHL and Juniors prospects looking great. A big weekend or two from Wahlstrom and Ishakov and my optimism on our system will be completely through the roof.
Did Song quit or something?
Yeah, liked Thomas a lot. Also would've preferred Kirill Marchenko, a bigger possibly more talented Russian. Albin Eriksson, the big power forward from Sweden was another I preferred to Iskhakov.Still wish LL took Akil Thomas over Ishakov. I guess time will tell.
Keep in mind his age + the fact he is on a very, very good team.Lookit Durandeau go!
