I don't know why people think winning a major award is some prerequisite. It's not.

A lot of members don't have major awards including Gillies, Mullen, Federko, Ciccarelli, Andreychuk, Kariya, Recchi.

I'll add more names: Anderson, McDonald, Neely, Shanahan, Modano, Gartner, Housley, Oates, Bucyk, Savard, Delvecchio, Murphy, Goulet.
