Is Jim Benning now the worst GM in the NHL?

I get making an argument for a player based on performance..but the "he was on a SC team",and so and so wasn't.. is a poor one..Many great players have never won the cup.. Derrick Pouliot has a SC ring

How about being 3rd in scoring on a cup winner? Bonino was a big part of a good team.

Pouliot had 2 playoff games in the 2 cup years for Pittsburgh.

Locking this one up as I think it’s gotten enough time and the talk can be taken to the management thread.

Results indicate a 63% bottom5 or lower consensus on HFVan, and a more modest 65% bottom10 consensus running so far on HF’s polls section.

Conclusion: Generally and specifically, HF doesn’t think much of Jim Benning.
