Brutal post.
1) The ads on TV have nothing to do with HFOil
2)Those tiny gifs are against the rules of the site.
3)Allowing people to break the rules adds to the fun *for some*
4)What's on social media sites is irrelavent to this site or the topic at hand.
5)The existence of sexualised popups is also irrelavent, and not something that's present on this site.
6)A 'couple' people appears to be the majority of those who have weighed in on the thread
7)It's not the 'fun for all', or else this discussion wouldn't be occuring.
8)The onus shouldn't be on posters to actively seek out and block posters
9)There's not way to block seeing only a persons' linked images, perhaps they would still like to see the rest of their posts that are contributing to hockey discussion.
I don't mean to go after you specifically, but it encapsulates a lot of the points I've seen expressed. For whatever it's worth, I like seeing gratuitous sexual images, but I also recognize this isn't the place for that.
Go live in a cave, lord, you sound like you'd be fun at parties.
If said gifs were against the rules then people would be getting banned for posting them as mods police everything else quite well.
We're literally commenting on a game that most watch on TV while posting on here... if you're that offended you may as well turn off the tv too and just stop watching games.
The discussion is only coming from the peoplel that are bothered, and as has been pointed out, they seem to be random posters coming out of the woodwork.
I rarely post gifs, but i posted one Katie Perry gif last night. I'm not sure if that classifies as offensive to some of you easily offended people, but 13 year old girls watch katie perry videos.
If y'all easily rattled individuals are that offended then i guess the spoiler idea is the best idea, but i'd rather not have to increase my clicking time so that i can see some boob reaections while watching sports with the boys.
