It is 0n the banned list indeed, apparently due to the links to online-casinos, which is forbidden in Russia.

Upd: EP told that they have removed those links for Russian IPs, so hopefully it will be unbanned at some point soon.

Yes, they just forgot to strike it out from the official list of the banned sites which you can always check before heaping all the blame on providers.

Their internet providers don't obey the law. I'm confused why you give me some random tweet as the proof that its working when you can always officially check that it is not so.The site is banned (i can't visit it, for example) and you can easily find it in the list of the banned sites.

When I was there a couple if years ago it was fine

HF was banned from many countries due to it being owned by crave and labelled as an ADULT site

Website is now unblocked officially in Russia, should work for all users.

Initially it was blocked due to 4-5 casino links in text form, at the very bottom of the website. This was fixed immediately, but it took Russian authorities a couple of months to review the site again.

I never realized it was banned using Opera. So there is that. This thread is where I found out about it.
