How and when you became a Stars fan: Been a fan since the late nineties. At the time green was my favorite color and that matters when your 6 years old. I've since adopted the Cowboys and Mavs as my favorite teams in other sports. I find it funny when people ask me why I'm a die hard Cowboys fan I respond with: "Well my favorite color is green"

If he's from the east coast, it's not predominantly Canadiens or Maple Leafs over here from our parent's generation. I know I have friends that their dads would support the Bruins because of they just didn't like Quebec.

How and when you became a Stars fan: Was a huge Jarkko Varvio fan back in the early 90's. Started following Stars right from the get go in 1993. Varvio played only handful of games for Stars but he was in the opening night line-up against Red Wings in 1993. After another Finn Jere Lehtinen went to Dallas, i was sold and considered myself as a true fan.
