How does one from Mississippi fall in love with the Panthers?
I'm a Canadian so just curious how us Panthers fans come to be?

I’m originally from the FL panhandle. First season of watching hockey was when the panthers made it to the finals. They became my team. Didn’t realize they’d suck for the next 30 years though

@EnforceTheLaus hasn't been online since the 27th of May, which is really worrying considering what's going on in the world right now and him being an active poster. It's not like him to disappear for this long. Recently we've (mod team) tried to reach him via email, but heard nothing.

I know some people here know each other IRL, so I'm asking please, if anyone knows ETL or someone close to him, please reach out to him. Hopefully everything is okay with him.

Coolest Panther moments: Took my 5 yr old, blonde hair blue eye son to Panther Fan day, he got to meet his favorite Panther, Peter Worrell. He walked up to him and said, “Big Pete, you’re my favorite”. Brett Hedican and goalie Trevor started sticking to Big Pete, it was hilarious.

Coolest Panther Moment #2 - I got a call from the Panthers that I won a trip to the draft in NJ and I can hang out in the Panthers suite, I’m with my older son and we’re talking to the owner Cohen’s son in law. Before the draft, he asks who I think we’ll draft, I said I think it’ll be Seth Jones, Cohen hears me, walks over and says, “wrong, it’s gonna be Barkov, this is Tallon’s pick”. I immediately called my brother to see if we could put some money on it. Right after Barky was drafted, he was interviewed and we watched that and then took pictures with him. He also signed a puck from the draft for us!

#3 when my kids were small, our babysitter was also the babysitter for Dave Lowry, Mike Hough + others. Met all the guys and their kids at the Pompano practice facility

I thought Laus was the doctor, not Brokin?

Which Laus? Me?? No, lol. I’m in sales, I’ve owned a few businesses over the years, I’ve even worked in ministry (service oversight, hospital visits, stayed with people as their loved ones passed, etc)…but I’m not a doctor. Something has to be falling off for me to go to a hospital.

There was a Lauser before he got banned for being obnoxious who’d tell everyone he was going to be a lawyer (and therefore was one?), but he never became one. Also wasn’t a doctor.

I’m just a passionate Panther fan, pretty much the same guy in person though. Can be abrasive, can be compassionate, wife says I can be a pain in the arse. Lol

RIP Brokin. That’s sad.
*Don’t know of any other Laus names on HF, could be some. He’s a great guy, I had a decent friendship with him for a little while, he even had an account at one point on here (also not a doctor lol).
