#CBJ POHOP John Davidson and former coach Todd Richards played golf before Richards headed to Russia for @IIHFWorlds2016. No hard feelings.

Finland's head coach Late Marjamäki thanked especially Blue Jackets video coach Mike Battaglia who has produced for Finland extremely much video of Finnish players.

Tom Reed will be rejoining the dispatch and cover the cbj, taking over for Jones/Mitchell.

The big crowd at the Q made me a little curious so I looked it up. Six Blue Jackets home games drew less than the 12,935 at the Monsters game tonight.

EDIT: Scratch that. Ten games

02/25/16 New Jersey
02/11/16 Anaheim
01/25/16 Montreal
01/21/16 Calgary
01/19/16 Washington
01/05/16 Minnesota
12/14/15 Tampa Bay
12/12/15 New York Islanders
11/17/15 St. Louis
10/31/15 Winnipeg

LOL! 3 of their Top 10 Worst Goons in NHL history are Blue Jackets.

It's been said that if you take an infinite number of monkeys and give them an infinite amount of time, they would eventually reproduce the works of Shakespeare.

This list is more like if you exposed a howler monkey to large amounts of LSD and put it in front of a keyboard for some reason. Possibly for amusement, possibly for research, possibly because you're just vindictive. But this list is the natural end result.

Pretty poor comparison. Playoff games at Nationwide would be sold out.

Agreed. Now, who's driving to Cleveland on Saturday?

Four from our house! I'm a Ceveland native and can't convince any of my siblings to join me at the game, LOL. I think this is a bigger deal for Cbj fans then the vast majority of Clevelanders. Most of my HS friends who still live in Northeast Ohio don't even know who the Monsters are.

Posted in the Monsters thread too. But if anyone in Columbus is planning on coming, I'd look to get tickets beforehand. Bought tickets this afternoon. Lower bowl is completely sold out, and FWIW the guy at the box office is saying a sellout is very possible.

especially considering Cleveland will be looking for some consolation/happiness once the cavs bow out...

So ESPN's doing a sort of Vegasification of existing NHL team logos because, y'know, because.

This is what they came up with for the Jackets:
