watching the 1987 Rendez vous challenge where NHL allstars faced the Soviets and it mentioned that Gretzky used a stick (probably the Titan) that it costs a whopping $37 a stick, it was the heaviest stick in the league, and up to that point, Gretzky claimed he had never broke a stick playing in the NHL....
Now we have sticks that cost more than $200 and get broke on a slash or while taking a shot...course a few years later Gretzky switched to the easton...must have finally broken his Titan...lol
