Instant Replay - Keep, tweak, get rid of

I am not a fan of technology interfering with the flow of a sports game.

Do bad calls happen? Yes... but that's the part of sports we have had to learn to live with for generations. I also think that increased replay breeds bad referees across all sports.

Soccer has a "phase of play" rule where they toss it out if a reasonable amount of play has passed since a violation.

I think hockey needs something like that. Who cares if a team scores a minute and half after they went offside?
