He was being sarcastic about how Johnny always goes five hole. Gaudreau has not been overly effective on breakaways recently.

That's being generous. If he scored on 1/4 of his breakaways he'd have challenged for the Art haha. I couldn't even get excited by the end of the year.

Formenton blows past 9 other players on the ice with ease, doesn't score.

Not on the Lightning anymore but J.T Brown was good for one breakaway a week... and he'd shoot wide or right in the belly EVERY time without exception.

Stamkos: wonders to himself if he can pass to Kucherov
Point: storms in like a bat out of hell before ripping a wrister that would make Sakic smile 50/50 it goes in
Kucherov: not a damn thing unless it's Holtby... by which point he'll just put it between his legs on a fake deke
Johnson: looks for a drop pass
Hedman: surprisingly effective wrist shot without any kind of a deke. He holds his stick out and just shoots. About 50/50 chance it goes in
Cirelli: somehow doesn't get the shot off effectively cuz too much dekeing
    Palat: doesn't get breakaways

Cam Atkinson is going forehand, backhand, forehand skating straight down at the goalie. Every. time.

If you look up Cam Atkinson breakaway or shootout on youtube, this is literally all you will see aside from one time against Braden Holtby where he does the exact same move but goes backhand instead.

Rick Nash would always skate to his right, cut to the middle, and shoot low blocker side. Every. Time.

Drasaitl - trying to go 5 hole and missing, everytime

Nuge - come in the from the right side and shoot it low blocker.

Zuccarello controller-disconnects then just roofs it. Idk I'm drawing a blank on current Rangers because Grabner hogged all the breakaways for a couple years there.
