I was working in NY media that era. Was around team a few years before cups to a few years into LaFontaine era. Never met Jean but to see guys in my age bracket give or take start to go, it is a definite reality check

Recently learned an old college buddy who became a prominent NYC high school hoops coach died in 2019 at the same age I'm at now....that guy got me a job at MSG as a vendor and introduced me into the world of sports betting
