Ok well like 4 of us showed up so...we are forced to do a time limit draft. The GM up has 12 HOURS to make his selection. Once his 12 hours has passed the pick WILL be skipped BUT can pick at anytime after that. Also once you have made your selection Please PM the next GM!!

Trade to announce

To Calgary: Ryan Getzlaf , Pick #22

To Los Angeles: Mark Recchi , Pick #9

Confirmed. Flames super GM DFF said, we believe Getzlaf is better than Ladd so this is a no brainer.

Kings GM says I got 5 players available in this draft better than Getzlaf that are still available.

Tampa Bay is in rebuild mode. Basically anyone over 30 on my team is available. Looking for skilled young players or quality prospects/draft picks in return.

Some examples of what I'd be looking for:
Zhamnov for a top 10 pick.
Rucinsky for around the 10th pick in either the '04 or '05 draft.
My 26th pick + one of Zholtok, Perreault, Savage for around the 10-15th pick in either the '04 or '05 draft.
Alfredson for a Lupul/Weiss/Hemsky/etc. type prospect + a first rounder.
Stillman + 26th pick for a Lupul/Weiss/Hemsky type prospect + 10-15th pick.
McLean + 2nd rounder to move up about 15 picks.
Leetch for a Martin/Hamhuis type d prospect.
Hill for a Erhloff type prospect.

You get the idea.
PM me or catch me on msn.

Take Care

Could someone post a link to the current main website?

I have a link to the rosters list, but I wanted to look at the rules of the waiver draft (considering a trade where that may be important.)

I guess on a related note, has there been any discussion about the salary cap. If the NHL structure drasticly changes, it could cause some serious problems - If the real NHL does something to grandfather existing rosters, should we do something similar? For example: If you were OK before, but over after the restructure, penalties will not be enforced, but you cannot sign FAs and all trades you make must decrease salary.
