If Lee is let go, who should replace him?

Putting the cart way before the horse here, but thought it could be an interesting discussion. If Lee does get let go, what would our options be like to fill his spot?

I'm assuming we wouldn't be able to attract/pay for any established guys, and I don't really see anyone in the org who could be put into a management role. I'd be pretty happy if they went for some young moneyball type guy. With our limited resources we need to find ways to get ahead.

Or, most likely, Dorion has to do both jobs himself lol.
