Graves is a bottom pairing dman. This is horrible for LA.

Graves has been looking very good in the last couple games while our rookies are struggling. It would be a terrible move considering the injuries and the rookies we have in our blueline. Graves is our best PK defender right now. I also doubt that a team will be interested in Compher's contract if only we played Chicago 8 times this season we would've gotten a top 6 forward for him

I know this sounds crazy, but how about we chalk his struggles up to the craziness that is the world right now, and see if he can rebound. It's only been 16 games.

I know this sounds crazy, but how about we chalk his struggles up to the craziness that is the world right now, and see if he can rebound. It's only been 16 games.

I'm just pointing out that if the OP thinks Compher's value is negative enough to need 50% retained, it would be more preferable to for the Avs to buy him out than retain to have almost $2m in dead capspace for 2 years. I'm not saying that they should do that though, just commenting on the context of this trade.

Graves++ is pretty solid imho. The kings are still in it, but they are gonna get stomped by vegas or Colorado

I really don't know a lot about Graves but let's at least by fair about Iafollo. Turning 28? Yeah in 10 months lol he just turned 27.

34 pt average..well he's only been in the league 3 + seasons so I'd be more interested in what he's done lately.

Last season he had 43pts which pro-rated if it was a non virus 82 game season to 50 points. This season he has 13 in 19 which is on a 56 point pace.

And he's very defensively responsible.

The negative is he's UFA.
