I like a nice seer on the outside and rare and bloody on the inside.Mushrooms kick ass and onions too.
Some cuscus on the side with fresh sautéed greenbeans. Now im hungry.
Cast iron pan work nicely , 3 mins each side give or take the thickness.

Rare is the only proper way to eat a steak, I can accept med-rare if I like someone, but that's about it...

Pittsburgh Rare is good, but I prefer just a regular rare steak.

I like mine burnt to a crisp on the outside and comletly rare on the inside. Just like a caveman would enjoy; ùųover an open flame.

Like a reāl man.
This is often called "Pittsburgh Rare". It's rumored that steel workers in Pittsburgh used to throw their steaks up against the side of the furnaces, which instantly charred the outside of the steak, while leaving the inside cool and raw.

It's a great way to enjoy a steak.
