I Feel Bad For Brent Johnson

I think Pens fans should be treating him with more respect. He played a huge role on our team two seasons ago, and beat DiPietro's face in.

We all have respect for the guy and appreciate what he has done for this hockey team but it's simply time to move on

Well he's obviously done here, but I could definitely see him getting a 1-2 year two-way elsewhere. Love the guy, had some good games for us, but he lost his place in the pens net last year.

He sucked last year. MAF played more games than he should have. It cost us.

Brent has never put together two good years in a row.

The only thing he did good was his punch on Rick.

That and the year before last hold the goalie position down while we waited for MAF to get his act together. I remember the goalie who had the top stats in the NHL but knew his role as the backup and didn't complain at all that MAF played even though he sucked. When MAF sucked he still came out and said the MAF was the most skilled goalie and much better than him.

Johnson's playing days with us is over. He isn't the player he once was but he did more than just punch rick in the face.
