How wrong were your predictions so far?

I’m already looking forward to next year so I can be wrong in the opposite way- next year I’m betting against the top dogs, the potentially complacent first place finishers, and I’ll pay attention to the teams that have more to prove. CBJ- man, the narrative around them was so different a month ago.

Ima go out on a limb and say 99.9% of the world had Tampa at least advancing to the second round.

I had Isles in 6 and CBJ in 7. But I also have Caps in 6 and Calgary in 5 so those are going to be screwed. I think Canes take that series now.

Here we are, through 4-5 games, and it's possible that the Islanders will be the only higher seed to win their series (and many think they were the underdog). No higher seed currently leads their series.

I had Bruins in 5 (wrong) then Leafs in 6 (could still happen, but trouble ahead tonight after the Bruins win), Bolts in 4 (yikes), Knights in 4-5 (might be close here), Isles in 6-7 (overshot), Preds in 7 (might still happen) and Avalanche in 5 or so.

While things can change it looks like I probably will be wrong that SJ and Calgary win and Right that St Louis will win.

Beyond that I have Boston, Washington and Nashville that can go either way

Had Calgary and Washington winning in 5.

Had Tampa winning in 6, but worse was how little respect I gave the Islanders. If you had asked my level of confidence in the 8 series, I would have had Pittsburgh advancing as my second most confident. Totally no sold the Islanders. Oops.
