I've, uh, been to The Joe, Windsor Arena, Lawson (Western Michigan University), Kalamazoo Wings Stadium, and the old Maple Leaf Gardens. Palace of Auburn Hills (when the Detroit Vipers played there) if that counts. So...5, maybe 6. I'm barely able to call myself a hockey fan.

Really? I think I've only played in about nine rinks and three outdoor pads, most of which were owned and operated by the City of Toronto.

I once attended a public skate at the Air Canada Centre, and once hit the ice at Riccoh Collisieum after a Sunday Marlies game. Do those count?!

How was the the Palace? I always wanted to check it out when I was living in Windsor, but never found the time (or a ride).

Joe Louis is a great rink to watch a game in.

Any rink visited counts, even if it was just to walk in and take a look around.

I have had the opportunity to play in most of the rinks I have visited through my extensive hockey career. But I have always enjoyed checking out rinks and seeing the unique features they have.

I've played at the Bell Centre, beautiful rink. Jumbotron is so big you can barely see it standing at the blue line

Too many to count.

Twice I played at the ol' Civic Arena, though

same here. Played in almost every rink in the Pittsburgh area, plus some in Ohio & Nebraska. Played at the Igloo a few times in high school & skated at Consol this past year.

When I get a chance I'll sit down and try to get a list going. I've been in rinks in North America and Europe...should be a cool list.

Joe Louis is a great rink to watch a game in.

I live about a mile away from the Palace and used to go to Vipers games all the time as a kid so I feel qualified to answer this question.

It's about the same as most arenas.

Been to a rink in KL in Malaysia.... I remember there was one dude out there in the middle of everyone, desperately practicing his hockey stops with ankle busters. :yo:

Stephenville - YJT
The only NHL rink I've ever seen in person is the ACC where I watched a Leaf game a couple of years ago. I'd like to see at least 2-3 more games in Toronto in my life, but its tough (go on a nice vacation somewhere or go to Toronto...yeah).

Other than that I've been to:
Mile One Centre - St. John's
Centre 200 - Sydney N.S. (once skated with there as a kid, lot of fun)

Since you started the thread with how many you have visited in total, I'm going to try and name all the one's I've been too even if they only have a capacity of 100 because this seems like fun haha.

Newfoundland:
Stephenville Dome - Stephenville, NL
Stephenville Gardens - Stephenville, NL (converted U.S.A.F. hangar on the airport tarmac)
Pepsi Centre - Corner Brook
Kinsmen Arena II - Corner Brook
Bruce II Arena - Port-aux-Basques
Dickie Bennett Memorial - St. George's (you have to play 4 on 4, ice is the size of my garage)
Hodder Memorial - Deer Lake
Gros Morne Arena - Rocky Harbour
Twin Towns Sports Complex - Port-aux-Choix
Straits Arena - St. Barbe (ironically, majority is owned by 2 neighbouring towns, or so I'm told)
Tommy Ricketts Arena - Baie Verte
Cape John Arena - La Scie
Joe Byrne Stadium - Grand Falls-Windsor
Lewisporte Stadium - Lewisporte
Gander Community Centre - Gander
Pat O'Reilly Memorial Stadium - Bishop's Falls
Twin Rinks - St. John's

Nova Scotia
Whitney Pier Rink - Sydney
County Arena - Coxheath
Centennial Arena - Sydney
Bayplex - Glace Bay
New Waterford Community Centre - New Waterford
North Sydney Community Forum - North Sydney
Canada Games Centre - Sydney

Grand Total of 27 rinks in my life.
