I've got him projected for 32 points in my own player projections. I just don't see him getting a big bump considering his wingers and Monahan and Backlund being ahead of him. Maybe the Flames sign Jagr and he gets a better winger, though. Even then I still don't see him getting over 40.

No. Think he'll do better without anchor wingers. I don't have it on me but someone had a sheet of advanced statistics that would suggest Bennett was very unlucky last year.
