Oladipo hasn't been good this season but it's hard to complain about taking a chance on him at that price. Not a bad pivot after not being able to get Lowry.
Miami has upgraded at guard and forward and all it really cost them was a future 2nd round pick. They've brought in Oladipo, Ariza, and Bjelica while losing Olynyk, Bradley, Harkless, Silva, a 2nd, and swap rights on a 1st. Bradley and Harkless haven't done anything, Bjelica takes Olynyk's role as the stretch four, and the 1st rd swap is apparently between the Heat/Nets picks so Heat likely move down a few spots there. It sounds like they're also going to add a washed up Aldridge in the buyout market.
