Over the last 3 seasons they are pretty close together

Sam Reinhart
GP: 205
Goals: 69
1st assist: 53
2nd assists: 33
total points: 155

Bo Horvat
GP: 207
Goals: 68
1st assist: 44
2nd assists: 41
total points: 153

Reinhart has the slight edge at even strength
Horvat generates more dangerous scoring chances

I'll vote horvat because 2 of those seasons his primary line mates were Loui Eriksson and Tanner Pearson
Reinhart had eichel as his center for 2 of his seasons.

Plus Horvat took the 1st most face-off's in the NHL during that time frame, and is elite at it.

I'm presuming the debate centered around would you trade Horvat for Reinhart?
I can't see Reinhart coming in and handling that workload that Horvat has
Horvat has taken 4800 face-offs in those 3 seasons (most in the league). Reinhart has taken 500 and spent most of that time at wing.

come to think of it, it's pretty pathetic Jim Benning didn't address the issue of getting Bo a solid winger to play a long side with. Tanner Pearson is meh, he did get to play with Hoglander but still I was expecting someone more proven oh right he traded away toffoli for nothing, riiiiiight.

Reinhart no question. Horvat is incredibly overrated and is more of a bottom-6 center IMO.

Sure enough but Bo isn't really a playmaking type of center either.

I take Bo easily here but Reinhart is a better player than some people around the league are giving him credit for.
