Home gym rack question

I'm looking to build my home gym, and I'm wanting a rack with cables out in front like this Marcy one, but I don't want a Smith machine, I hate those. Does anyone know of a rack with the cables out front that isn't a Smith Machine? All the ones that I'm finding have 1 high/low cable positioned on the back of the rack.

Titan fitness has one that the lat tower attaches on the side. I actually just ordered one...

I have a Smith machine; where can I find those safety guards for bench presses so I don't need a spotter? I don't know what they are called, but they extend out to catch the bar in case your rep fails.

I found exactly what I was describing at Force USA, the Monster G3, but I think I want something that would be easier to disassemble in case I move at any point, so I was taking a closer look at the Titan option. Do you get the wall mounted pulley tower and attach it to your rack?
