The time is finally here. Years of waiting. A year of watching the TMA get built from the ground up. A year of speculation on the name and logo. A year of waiting for the team to have a roster and a jersey. It's finally here. The city of Las Vegas gets to welcome their team, fresh off of two inaugural wins on the road, for their first ever official hockey game in the Las Vegas desert. T-Mobile Arena's days of exclusively hosting preseason games will come to an end tonight. In the wake of a terrible disaster, we saw the city of Las Vegas show its strength and sense of community. They showed that we are all #VegasStrong. Finally, our great city gets a chance to welcome its first ever sports team within the walls of the brilliant T-Mobile Arena. Get hype.

Real regular season hockey. The grey, gold, black, and red will finally take the ice for the first of many home games. The first chapter in the journey for Stanley Cup glory in Las Vegas truly begins tonight in a truly historical event for the city of Las Vegas, and the great game of hockey. GET HYPE!

This game should have been tomorrow night on NBCSN as a Wednesday Night Rivalry. Sure the network is airing the game but is missing out on a big opportunity to have a WNR doubleheader tomorrow featuring this game.
