Historical Prospect Pool Rankings?

Does anyone know any site that we can look back on for historical rankings of prospect pools going back to the start of the cap era? I know we see scattering of prospect pool ranking articles and HF used to do this, but having a hard time pinpointing any one site that has consistently done a prospect pool ranking even for a short period of time.

Any info is appreciated. thanks!
