Well, this should add an interesting topic on the resigning Raanta thread all about the leverage and such. haha. Man, what is it about him getting injured this year? Sucks.

Was it his back? He's had back problems all season seemingly. Anyway, at least we'll see what Kuemper has (not that it matters now, given he's already been extended). Plus, maybe now that Raanta doesn't have to be "focused on winning games" he'll have some free time to sign a new contract.
