This is from last year and just split by teams not by players, but you get the idea. Obviously while the best players get the lion's share of bonuses, they are still not astronomical. CSKA had the highest total of around 10 Mil. USD in bonuses as compared to a little less than three times the amount in salaries. So a good guess would be top players might make the same amount in bonuses as in base salary.

Datsyuk, for who he is now, should be in bottom half of the league in salary. Your question is terribly outdated. Azevedo is a star, Datsyuk is a 3rd line center.
