BACKSTAGE - Before the opening pyro and video signature, @AlphaCatalyst is shown walking backstage and finds someone. He pauses and approaches them, and the camera reveals MCG. There's a stare down with tension. AC says after all these years they're fighting side-by-side again. MCG nods and puts his hands on his hips. AC wants to know if he's going to regret teaming with MCG tonight. MCG pauses, smirks, and tells AC that The Outcasts are going to regret ever getting in the crosshairs of a duo like MCG and AC on the same page. MCG smirks and tells AC he'll see him out there.

- Opening video, pyro, and commentary hype as the crowd is going WILD in Chicago, Illinois.

PETER'S KITCHEN - Static cuts the picture to a huge pop from the crowd. @PeterSidorkiewicz appears looking somber in the kitchen. There's no applause or anything this time, just a bunch of white noise as he's staring into the camera. Peter says he's sure we've all heard the critics and their words. Peter says all he ever wanted to do was have fun, and let people into his kitchen and be a part of his family. But not everyone seems to understand him. Peter says @Emperoreddy was his family. He never came to his kitchen. He never shared a meal with him. He never supported him in his ventures. He just left. He left like they all do. The tone changes, and PETER BREAKS A PLATE OVER THE COUNTER. He says "NO ONE IS LEAVING ANYMORE." Audio from last week, where everyone in the audience was coughing, crying out, choking on blood, etc., play as Peter stares dead into the camera with a blank expression.

Peter snaps out of it, and says he just wanted this time to say he's sorry. He says he understands he has outbursts at times. It's years of pent up emotion that he was never allowed to show, and now it's coming to the surface, and for that, he's sorry. He says the critics didn't like his content, and he apologizes for that, but he can't change who he is. But if the critics didn't like it, then he's sorry. Peter says that his kitchen was always meant for him to express himself, share with his family and most importantly, HAVE FUN. Peter looks joyous, and yells out, "WE LOVE TO HAVE FUN IN THIS FAMILY, DON'T WE!?" No sound, no applause, the camera turns to reveal a bunch of empty seats. White noise fills the scene as the camera turns and slowly zooms in on Peter. Peter surveys where the audience would have been, and looks emotional, but then glares into the camera and he starts chuckling. Peter lightly claws at his face, and blood starts slowly pouring out of his eyes.

The video goes to static and cuts in and out, and when we come back, Peter still looks normal, but Samantha in sock puppet form is shown nailed to the wall behind Peter. Peter now has WAY more blood flowing from his eyes. Peter is chuckling like a maniac and starts walking around the counter. Peter is now in front of the counter, and is looking into the area where the live studio audience would have been. White noise is still filling the scene. Peter lightly chuckles, and repeats to himself, "we like to have fun here." Static cuts in and out, and PETER IS NOW IN THE SAME SPOT, BUT HE'S WEARING HIS DISGUSTING MASK MADE OF A PARTLY DECOMPOSED HUMAN THAT HE SHOWED OFF LAST TIME. Peter slowly walks towards where the live studio audience would have been...

AND THERE ARE NOW PEOPLE IN THE CHAIR. THE DEAD, DECOMPOSING BODIES OF THOSE THAT WERE IN THE LIVE STUDIO AUDIENCE LAST WEEK ARE SHOWN SITTING IN THEIR SEATS... BUT... BUT THEY'RE WEARING MASKS...

...NOT JUST ANY MASKS... ONE MEMBER IS WEARING A @SeidoN MASK! ANOTHER WITH A @Mitchy MASK! Peter slowly, intimidatingly walks up the stairs, revealing EVERY SINGLE PERSON'S DEAD BODY OF THE LIVE STUDIO AUDIENCE SITTING IN THEIR SEAT, BUT WITH MASKS OF THE CURRENT HFWF ROSTER OVER THEIR DEAD, DECOMPOSING, BLOODY FACES. WHAT... IN... WORLD???

PeterSidorkiewicz chuckles under his own mask, running his hands over the dead bodies with the masks of the current HFWF rosters covering their face. Peter says, through his mask, "no one is leaving me anymore," as he stands over the corpse wearing a @Disclose mask. Peter continues walking, saying, "no one will ever look down at me," as he stands over the corpse wearing a @ColePens mask. Peter continues walking, saying "no one will ever hurt me," standing over the corpse wearing an @UnrealMachine mask. Peter keeps walking, saying, "words hurt... don't talk to me anymore," as stands over the corpse wearing a @KIRK mask. Peter continues walking, and he stops. The camera doesn't show who he's looking down to, but Peter says, "no one will ever leave me again," and the camera pans down, to reveal Peter talking to the corpse wearing an @Emperoreddy mask!!! Peter contorts his neck in a weird way, looking into the camera, and through his mask, the blood from his own, actual eyes under his mask now leaking off his chin, going down his neck revealed -- Peter stares into the camera in his mask, making sure the camera gets a nice, zoomed in look at this hideous mask: decomposed human flesh, blood stains running down the cheeks from the eyes, the lips stitched together with scratches revealed on the mask... and Peter says, "follow the leader," before the static cuts out and ends the segment.

RINGSIDE - The crowd is stunned at what they saw. A hush is over the arena. Mauro and Taz are absolutely shocked. They said an apology was advertised, but that's some f***ed up way to apologize. Taz says that wasn't an apology, that was a warning.

MATCH 1 - @Falco Lombardi vs. @Kakko
- The bell rings and the two men slowly circle, but FALCO HITS KAKKO WITH A SUPERKICK OUT OF NOWHERE!!!! THE CROWD EXPLODES! COVER.... BUT KAKKO GETS THE SHOULDER UP AT TWO AND A HALF! Kakko rolls out of the ring and sells his chin in shock at the superkick out of nowhere. Kakko yells that that was illegal as he's kicking the steps and throwing a fit on the floor. He turns and Falco hits a baseball slide! Kakko hits the guardrail, and Falco launches himself over the top rope with a plancha on Kakko! Falco plays to the crowd and sends Kakko back into the ring. Falco goes up top and measures up Kakko, and Falco leaps off, but KAKKO CATCHES HIM WITH A DROPKICK OUT OF MID-AIR! Falco retreats to the corner and Kakko charges with a big splash! Kakko off the ropes and he looks for a big jumping clothesline, but Falco dodges it! Falco hits a jumping neckbreaker on Kakko! Kakko rolls out to the apron to regroup, and Falco off the ropes knocks Kakko off the apron and into the guardrail again! Falco tries to exit the ring but the referee stops him. Falco tries again but the referee stops him again. Falco tries a third time, again stopped by the referee, and Kakko then grabs Falco by his foot and drags him out of the ring and KAKKO THROWS FALCO INTO THE GUARDRAIL! Kakko throws Falco into the ring apron next, and then back into the guardrail, and KAKKO THEN HITS A SUPLEX ON FALCO ON THE FLOOR! Kakko rolls Falco into the ring and follows for a cover, but Falco gets the shoulder up at two!
- Kakko hits elbow drops to the back of Falco. Kakko pulls Falco up and sends him hard into the corner. Kakko whips Falco into the opposite corner hard again. Falco bounces out and Kakko hits a big back body drop! Falco sells his back in pain as he sits up off the momentum, and Kakko hits a hard kick to the back of Falco. Kakko off the ropes, and KAKKO WITH A BIG RUNNING KNEE TO THE BACK OF FALCO! Kakko pulls Falco up and hits a backbreaker. Kakko hits a second backbreaker to Falco. Kakko then drags Falco to the corner, sets him up, and KAKKO HITS A SUPLEX INTO THE CORNER ON FALCO! KAKKO FOR THE COVER... BUT FALCO GETS THE SHOULDER UP AT TWO AND A HALF! Kakko pulls Falco out of the corner and pulls him up and KAKKO FOR A BACK SUPLEX, BUT HE TURNS IT INTO A BACKBREAKER OVER HIS KNEE! Kakko plays to the crowd to boos. Kakko turns to Falco and asks him if he's garbage. Kakko yells at Falco, asking him if he thinks he's garbage, but Falco fires back with a slap to a big pop. Kakko tries for a punch, but Falco dodges! Falco with a jab, and then another jab. Falco with a wild right, but Kakko dodges, and KAKKO WITH A PELEE KICK! Falco staggers back off the ropes but FALCO BOUNCES BACK WITH A BIG FLYING CLOTHESLINE TO A BIG POP!
- Both men are down as we get a slow reset. They exchange punches in the middle of the ring as they work their way up to their feet, Falco getting cheers, Kakko getting boos. Falco blocks punch attempts from Kakko and unleashes with punches of his own. Falco sends Kakko off the ropes and looks for something, but Kakko slips behind Falco with a waist lock, and KAKKO LIFTS FALCO UP IN A TORTURE RACK! KAKKO APPLIES PRESSURE. KAKKO WALKS AROUND THE RING PARADING FALCO TO BOOS, BUT FALCO FIGHTS IT! Falco breaks free, getting out of the torture rack with repeated elbows to the head of Kakko, and FALCO FOR A JUMPING DDT, BUT KAKKO PUSHES HIM OFF! FALCO CHARGES BUT KAKKO HITS A TILT-A-WHIRL BACKBREAKER! KAKKO FOR THE COVER.... FALCO GETS THE SHOULDER UP AT TWO AND A HALF! Kakko signals for the end now. He has Falco's head between his legs, and KAKKO LIFTS FALCO UP FOR THE KAKKO CLASH, BUT FALCO LIFTS HIMSELF UP INTO A POWERBOMB POSITION AND THEN SLIDES DOWN FOR A DDT TO A HUGE POP FROM THE CROWD! Kakko slowly gets up in the corner, and Falco charges with a big stinger splash! 10 punches unloaded on Kakko, and Falco then pulls Kakko out for a neckbreaker, but Kakko pushes Falco off.
- KAKKO LOOKS FOR A DISASTER KICK, BUT FALCO DODGES IT! Falco off the ropes with a forearm smash! Falco with a dropkick next! And Falco hits a second dropkick! Atomic drop, side kick to the gut, and FALCO FOR A FAMEASSER, BUT KAKKO PUSHES HIM OFF! KAKKO CHARGES, BUT FALCO LIFTS KAKKO UP AND INTO THE AIR, BUT KAKKO LANDS ON HIS FEET ON THE TOP TURNBUCKLE! FALCO CHARGES, BUT KAKKO KICKS BACK! Kakko turns to face the ring on the top turnbuckle, but FALCO RUNS UP TO THE TOP AND HE HITS A SUPER X-FACTOR ON KAKKO TO A HUGE POP FROM THE CROWD!!! FALCO FOR THE COVER.... BUT KAKKO GETS THE SHOULDER UP AT TWO AND THREE QUARTERS TO A HUGE POP! Falco thought that was it, so did the crowd! Falco slowly gets up and measures up Kakko, Kakko slowly gets up, and FALCO FOR A SUPERKICK, BUT KAKKO CATCHES THE LEG! KAKKO CLASH... BUT FALCO INTO A POWERBOMB POSITION AGAIN! FALCO WITH PUNCHES DOWN TO KAKKO'S HEAD... BUT KAKKO HITS A SITDOWN POWERBOMB! KAKKO FOR THE COVER.... BUT FALCO GETS THE SHOULDER UP AT TWO AND THREE QUARTERS! Kakko grits his teeth. Kakko out to the apron and he measures up Falco for something... KAKKO SPRINGBOARDS OFF THE TOP ROPE, BUT FALCO WITH A SUPERKICK OUT OF MID-AIR TO A HUGE POP! THE CROWD EXPLODES AS FALCO COLLAPSES ON TOP OF KAKKO FOR THE COVER.... AND IT'S GOOD!!! FALCO PINS KAKKO!

RESULT: Falco Lombardi def. Kakko @ 12:00.

Post-match: The fans pop as Falco sits up and smirks. Falco gets his arm raised in the air and he poses, celebrating his victory. We see highlights of the match.

Back live, @Cor suddenly appears behind Kakko, who's slowly getting up. Cor has a microphone, the crowd is going wild as Cor is decked out in a Louis Vuitton sweatsuit -- definitely gearing up for his match later tonight. Kakko rises to his feet, staring at Falco, but having no idea Cor was behind. "Hey, loser," says Cor, into the mic. Kakko turns around, and COR CLOCKS KAKKO IN THE HEAD WITH THE MICROPHONE TO A HUGE POP! Falco and Cor laugh. They walk up the ramp as Kakko is laid out on the mat.

PROMO - In an unknown location, @Scandale du Jour is shown looking at himself in a handheld mirror, @KIRK is shown looking to his left, and the camera reveals @UnrealMachine eating a bowl of nachos. KIRK asks UnrealMachine where he got those, and UnrealMachine says after he beat Disclose at Apocalypse, he won the rights to all his property. Unreal says Disclose doesn't have much, but his PIG GUADALUPE has a good hidden stash of food. KIRK shivers and tells UnrealMachine not to say "stash" around him.

KIRK gets into the zone, introducing himself, UM and Scandale. KIRK says he was afforded this time because it's time for the games to end. KIRK says it was fun. Yeah, it was real fun dragging @ColePens through the mud. It was real fun proving that ColePens is actually COLEPHONY. It was real fun seeing UnrealMachine knock his ass out with a brick and spray paint the sacred logo that ColePens tainted on his body. KIRK says it was all fun and games, but you can't move ahead if you saddle yourself with dead weight. You can't move ahead if you associate yourself -- be it friend, or foe -- with someone as egomaniacal, as self-centred, as materialistic, as entitled, and as reckless as Cole was.

But you see, KIRK says, it was THOSE qualities that allowed KIRK to pull off the greatest heist in history when he stole what ColePens likes to believe he built: The Wrecking Crew. KIRK smirks devilishly, and KIRK says it was Cole's own obsession with whatever the hell he was concerned with that made him neglect The Penguins Wrecking Crew. That made him neglect his obligations. That made him neglect the very group that made him what he was. KIRK reminds Cole of that fateful day. That fateful day when UnrealMachine and Scandale du Jour did Cole's dirty work and made the path easier than ever to an HFWF World championship victory. And what did the PWC get? They didn't get the private jet that Cole likes to claim. NO. They got a Cessna 172. They didn't get a limo. NO. They got a taxi. Not even an Uber or a Lyft, a GOD DAMN TAXI.

KIRK says it was that very reason. Those personality traits that Cole possesses that allowed KIRK to be the one to DESTROY EVERYTHING. KIRK says it's funny. It's funny because it wasn't Fro, it wasn't MCG, it wasn't Legendary AC, it wasn't The Outcasts, it wasn't one of Gongshow's 83 voices... hell, IT WASN'T EVEN EL DANDY... "IT WAS ME. I put in motion the plan to destroy everything you ever vied for. Everything you thought you wanted -- but really, you needed. Your protection, your sanity, your manhood and your dignity. I stripped it all away from you." KIRK says he went so far as to befriend that filthy, disgusting, dirty disgrace and waste of oxygen known as Stash to lure ColePens into a false sense of security, but "IT WAS ME ALL ALONG, COLE!" And that's why it WILL all end at the hands of Scandale du Jour and UnrealMachine -- THE NEW WRECKING CREW -- when they put the finish touches on the demise of ColePens. KIRK smirks, and tells ColePens that this is a formal challenge for a match at Payback: UnrealMachine and Scandale du Jour vs. ColePens and Disclose. KIRK says the ball is in Cole's court -- make the right decision.

VIGNETTE - Purple and pink lighting is shown, and @CHGoalie27 is shown flashing various poses with his Juggalos in the background. CHGoalie says the HFWF's dream... is about to become REALITY. He's making his presence felt, and blessing the world with his gift... NEXT WEEK.

INTERVIEW - Cathy Kelley is with @Emperoreddy. Cathy informs Emperoreddy that NEXT WEEK, he's teaming up with Claudio to face Fro and Gustav White. Emperoreddy says he's been tied to these guys since the HFWF's return, but more importantly, he's always hanging around that All Class Title. Emperoreddy says he's worked hard to improve and he's done that. He vows that next week, he's going to make his mark and prove that he's a legitimate contender for that All Class Title. Emperoreddy says there's nothing classy about sneak attacks, gang attacks, and insulting everyone against The Blueprint. Emperoreddy says Fro is a horrible representative of that title and Emp is going to fix that. Cathy wants to ask Emperoreddy about Peter's apology earlier tonight. Emp is frozen, almost in fear. Emp finally moves a muscle, and says he doesn't know what to say and doesn't want to talk about it. Emp walks off.

HYPE -- Payback, June 19.

MATCH 2 -- @The Gongshow vs. @Cor
- Cor and Gong talk trash to each other. Cor has the most smug look on his face as he tells Gongshow that he looks like an idiot, and tells him sucks. Gongshow slaps Cor to boos, so Cor fires back with punches. Cor sends Gong off the ropes, but Gong with a kick to the chest. Gong off the ropes looking for a Thesz Press, but Cor blocks and drops Gong! Cor mounts Gong and lays into him with hard rights. Gong slithers away and goes to the ropes for safety. Gong tells the referee to back Cor away. They keep trash talking each other, but as the referee is holding Cor back, GONG RAKES THE EYES TO BOOS! The Gongshow sends Cor into the corner and stomps away at his gut to huge heat. Gong sends Cor hard into the opposite corner and hits a big back body drop! Cor sells his back as he gets to his feet and Gong sends him over the top rope and to the floor! Gong exits the ring and runs around, and Gong hits Cor with a hard clothesline on the floor! Gong looks into the crowd to boos and smirks. Gong pulls Cor up and looks back to the ring steps. GONG SENDS COR TO THE STEPS, BUT COR RUNS OVER THEM INSTEAD! Gong charges towards the steps, but COR RUNS UP THE STEPS AND TAKES GONGSHOW DOWN WITH A SHOULDER TACKLE OFF THEM TO THE FLOOR TO A BIG POP! Cor pops up and plays to the crowd, yelling, "I'm literally the greatest."
- Cor pulls Gong up and yells at him to never touch his best friend again. Cor lifts Gongshow up for a suplex, but Gong lands on his feet behind Cor, and GONGSHOW WITH A BACK SUPLEX ON THE RING APRON TO COR! Gongshow takes a moment to reset before grabbing Cor, and GONGSHOW DROPS COR ON THE TOP OF HIS HEAD ON THE FLOOR WITH A DRAPING DDT OFF THE APRON TO MASSIVE HEAT! The fans continue booing BIG as Gongshow gets up. Gongshow slowly lifts Cor's dead weight up and rolls him into the ring. The Gongshow re-enters the ring and then sets up in the corner. Gongshow eyes Cor, who's slowly getting up, and the fans are booing as they see what Gong is eying. GONGSHOW CHARGES FOR A PUNT KICK, BUT COR MOVES AND HE ROLLS UP GONGSHOW FOR A TWO COUNT! Both men pop up and Gong looks for a clothesline, but Cor dodges it! Cor hits a rolling forearm smash to Gongshow, staggering him as he falls back against the ropes! COR OFF THE ROPES AND HE HITS A BIG DRIVE BY KICK TO GONGSHOW ON THE ROPES! Gongshow staggers ahead, dropping to a knee or two before getting up to his feet, and COR WIPES OUT GONGSHOW WITH A HUGE DIVING CROSSBODY OFF THE TOP TURNBUCKLE TO A BIG REACTION! Gongshow slowly gets up, and COR LIFTS GONGSHOW UP FOR A POWERBOMB, AND REBOUNDS HIM OFF THE TOP ROPE AND HITS A REBOUNDING SIT DOWN POWERBOMB.... BUT GONGSHOW GETS THE SHOULDER UP AT TWO AND A HALF!
- Cor is all fired up as he measures up Gong in the corner. Gong slowly gets up and turns, and COR HITS A SPLASH! COR OUT OF THE OPPOSITE CORNER AND HE HITS ANOTHER SPLASH! Cor out to the apron and he goes up top again, and COR HITS A MISSILE DROPKICK TO THE BACK OF GONGSHOW, SENDING HIM INTO THE CORNER! Gongshow staggers back and COR HITS A GERMAN SUPLEX! COR HITS A SECOND GERMAN SUPLEX, AND COR LOOKS FOR A THIRD, BUT GONGSHOW HOLDS THE ROPES! Cor tries pulling Gong off, it the referee is trying to break the hold, and while the referee is distracted with that, GONGSHOW KICKS BACK AND LOW BLOWS COR TO A HUGE HEAT! Before Cor can drop to the mat, Gongshow grabs Cor in a front face lock and GONGSHOW HAS COR IN POSITION OVER THE MIDDLE ROPE, BUT COR FIGHTS IT! COR GETS BACK IN THE RING, HE SHIFTS GONGSHOW UP OUT TO THE APRON! Cor and Gong exchange blows, and Gong thinks he has an opening. GONGSHOW FOR A SHOULDER BLOCK THROUGH THE MIDDLE ROPE, BUT COR GETS HIS KNEE UP IN GONG'S FACE! GONG IS DRAPED OVER THE MIDDLE ROPE... AND COR OFF THE ROPES AND BACK, AND COR HITS A BIG DRAPING PILEDRIVER TO GONGSHOW TO A HUUUUUGE REACTION FOR THE NEW MOVE FROM COR! WOW! Cor pulls Gongshow up, and COR LIFTS HIM UP FOR A POWERBOMB, AND COR HITS A BIG RUNNING SITDOWN POWERBOMB! COR FOR THE COVER ON GONGSHOW.... BUT GONGSHOW GETS THE SHOULDER UP AT THE LAST MOMENT!!!
- The fans thought that was it, and Cor is signalling for the end now. Gongshow slowly gets up, and COR FOR AN OLYMPIC SLAM, BUT GONG LANDS ON HIS FEET! GONG FOR A GSC, BUT COR PUSHES HIM OFF! COR DODGES A CLOTHESLINE AND LOOKS FOR A SKULL CRUSHING FINALE, BUT GONGSHOW SENDS COR INTO THE CORNER! Cor bounces back and Gongshow hits a beautiful scoop powerslam to Cor! Gongshow gets up and he's pissed! Gongshow unloads with Garvin stomps on Cor repeatedly, targeting every limb. Gongshow pulls Cor up by his hair and yells, "STUPID" in his face while slapping him repeatedly, so COR SPITS IN GONGSHOW'S FACE!!!! Cor is crawling to the ropes, and Gongshow grabs Cor by his hair and slowly tries pulling him up...

BUT @Falco Lombardi RUNS OUT TO A BIG POP! The Gongshow challenges Falco, Falco enters the ring but Gongshow retreats! The fans boo as Gongshow smirks as he walks up the ramp. Falco checks on Cor, and then grabs a mic. Falco tells Gongshow that Gongshow seems to think he has a claim at the World championship rematch, and Falco KNOWS he has a claim after he pinned the World champ a few weeks ago, so he received word from Herman SheamusFan: Falco Lombardi vs. The Gongshow in a number one contender's match for Mitchy's World Title at Payback takes place next week! The crowd pops BIG as Gongshow nods in approval while staring down Falco Lombardi.

PARKING LOT -- @BonMorrison is shown walking out of the arena. BonMorrison is looking around outside and waiting, and a car pulls up. Someone exits the car -- seemingly valet, as they look to hand Bon his keys, but the valet drops the keys. Bon doesn't look too happy as the valet bends down to pick up the keys, so BON GRABS THE VALET AND THROWS HIM INTO THE SUV! BonMorrison pulls the valet up and sends him into a HUGE pile of rods and production equipment! BonMorrison pulls up the valet again and repeatedly throws him face first into the side of a production truck. BonMorrison yells out, "I'M NOT SORRY! I'M NOT SORRY!" before RAMMING the valet's head into the production truck one last time, leaving him lying. BonMorrison scoffs as he walks off.

Review of HFWF Weekly 87 - JUNE 3, 2021

Hello my internet friends! Once again it is time for a HFWF Weekly show and that means it is also time for one of my reviews where I look at the HFWF weekly show and critique each segment and match that transpired. So, without further ado…Let’s Go.


BACKSTAGE - AC and MCG – Neutral
The two discuss the Tag match later. I get a Two man power trip vibe from these two. Forst the tag titles then the world (title)?

PETER'S KITCHEN – Neutral
Just when you think this can not get any more dark, strange, odd, weird, unusual, peculiar, bizarre, unexpected, unfamiliar, abnormal…well you get the point…It does just that. This week Peter has taken corpses and put masks of current HFWF talent on them. I miss fun goofy Peter.


MATCH 1 - Falco Lombardi vs. Kakko – Up
This was a great match but I am not sure about Kakko losing. He just came back and is already on a losing streak. Of course, Falco losing here is not a good idea either so they kind of backed themselves into a corner. I was half expecting Cor to be involved in the finish somehow but Falco gets the clean pin, following a great spot of kicking Kakko out of midair, or the win. Kakko’s return not going very well.
After the match Cor shows up and hits Kakko with a microphone.

PROMO – PWC – Up
This was mostly KIRK giving us a rundown on how he was the architect of ColePens demise. He ends with a challenge for ColePens and Disclose to face UnrealMachine and Scandale du Jour.
KIRK going all in here. Really compelling stuff. This match should be great. Assuming Disclose and Cole accept.

VIGNETTE – CHGoalie – Up
The Indigo enigma will make his debut next week. Kakko about to go 0-3?


INTERVIEW – Emperoreddy – Up
The gist I got from this promo is we could see Fro and Eddy for the ACC in the near future. I would be down for that. Eddy has no explanation for Peters current direction and recent actions.


MATCH 2 -- The Gongshow vs. Cor – Up
Not sure what I was expecting for this one. Clearly both of these guys know the reputations they have among the IWC and felt compelled to do their best to change that tonight. This was a really solid and fun match. Maybe some of their best non Pay per View work ever. I did not think they would mesh so well but they were able to make it work much better than I think anyone could have guessed. Gongshow picks up the win after countering a suicide dive by Cor on the outside and then rolling him into the ring for the win.
After the match Falco comes out to make sure Gongshow leaves before attempting anymore damage to Cor. Falco then drops a bomb saying next week, he and Gong will go one on one to determine the number one contender for Mitchy’s title with the winner facing the champion at Payback. – Bonus Up.

PARKING LOT -- BonMorrison – Neutral
Bon beats up a valet. That is all.


MATCH 3 -- HFWF Tag champs SeidoN & Serac vs. MCG & AC -- Non-Title match – Down
The only reason this is getting a down is that just when the match was getting good the Blueprint interferes and ruined it. The disappointment was too much for me to be able to give it an up.
The BluePrint once again takes out several other wrestlers as well including Mitchy, Kakko, Falco and Cor. This brings out Herman Sheamusfan to make a proclamation. At Payback there will be a three team war games with MCG, Cor and AC, facing the Blueprint members Dr Pepper, JBell, and Gustav, and the third team consisting of the tag champs Serac and SeidoN with Kakko. – Bonus Up.

So, the rumored War games match is slightly different than the rumors said. It was originally thought to be three teams of four with the entire blueprint taking on the Outcasts and Kakko and Falco joining the last team. But this frees up the Heavyweight champion who will defend against Falco or Gongshow. Plus, this means that Falco could also be defending and possibly against Eddy or Claudio. If determining factor is when do we see the re-debut of Peter if he does shows up before then. If I had to hazard a guess, I would say that heavyweight title match is Falco or another triple threat as I do not know what you do with Gong. Maybe gong and CHGoalie have a showcase match? CHGoalie is trying to make a name for himself taking on a former champion is a quick way to do that.
My early prediction is

That gives six matches which is the same amount as Apocalypse. Obviously, the War Games match will have more time than the rest so that makes me think we get a couple shorter matches. Peter making light work of Eddy would be my pick for that and Bon over Paris is a quick one as well would give War games the extra time needed. I am not sure how close I am going to be but I do not plan on missing the final shows before Payback. So, until next week, I’m Cid Phoenix…See you soon.

you recently appeared on another podcast…or maybe I shouldn’t say that, right? Aren’t I the most important person in this room right now?

Okay, and as such let’s not plug other shows then [laughs]…no, I’m kidding. You recently were on the ID10T Podcast with Chris Hardwick, who has been in this game a long time—

Long time…

Yeah, a long time. And given that you’re making what I call “the rounds”—I coined that term, trademark Conan O’Brien—there has been some rumors that you’re making a return to pro wrestling, is that true?

Yeah, I kind of thought this question was going to come—

Do you not want to answer?

No, no, it’s not that. What’s actually funny is that—as I said on that podcast—since I left the business a few years ago, people—whether they be fans or otherwise—assume that I hate the industry and want nothing to do with it. But honestly that could not be further from the truth. The industry is what has given me the means to have the lifestyle I have. I don’t hate professional wrestling. There are things I hate about the industry, but I don’t believe that’s the same as saying “Oh, Rock Lobster hates pro wrestling and everything about it.”

So you’re coming back then?

Well that’s the thing, Conan. While I am wholly upfront with my feelings about it, the answer remains the same: I am 100% not returning. I told Chris the same thing. There is positively 0 truth to these rumors. I know that my name has been mentioned by HFWF, and even AEW, but the honest-to-god truth is that I am not coming back.

Look….like I said before, the industry has opened doors for me in the entertainment business that would have otherwise never been opened. Or, at the very least, would have taken a lot longer to open up. I know that. I don’t begrudge someone for disliking me for taking advantage of these opportunities, just like I’d hope that if someone were put in my position they wouldn’t begrudge me for doing all these things. My run in pro wrestling gave me some name cache.

So you’re saying you’re a “maybe”?

[laughs] If that’s your takeaway, then sure…

No, to be serious though, there is no truth to these rumors? Is there anything that would get you to return?

I mean is it ludicrous to say “everyone has a price”, yeah? I am just like every person. I can’t say “no, I will never do it” because that would be closing me off to even receiving an offer that I may entertain. But unless some comically large bags of money are being dropped on my doorstep, and I’m given a schedule that allows me to continue living the life I’ve set up for myself, then it’s a non-starter.

Again, I’ll say what I said before—it would be stupid of me to at least listen to someone if they want to make a legitimate offer. However it has to be that: legitimate. Don’t waste my time. Don’t text me an offer, don’t pipe in “Rock Lobster” chants and make coy remarks on air like a certain Stamford, CT promotion has done, and don’t try and capitalize off of me now that I’ve got other things going on, while you didn’t utilize me before.

Hmm, I don’t know, I’m hearing that all as you saying “I’m back, baby!”

What can I say—people hear what they want to hear [laughs]

Well we’ve reached a point where we need to take a break, like I said Conesy has to pay for that beach house some how, am I right?

AC: "...Okay then! So we're good for war games. MCG and I can trust you to have our backs, and we'll have yours?"
Cor: "Of course! Look everyone knows you and what you have done for wrestling. You are a true inspiration not just to myself but the entire world. Me...you, we got this in the bag.
AC: "Thank you! Alright, that's great to hear!"

*Cor and AC stand there awkwardly for a moment. AC turns and starts to leave. Cor looks at Falco and makes a face of confusion and disgust. AC turns back around and Cor smiles at him.*

AC: "I was just wondering, in your movie, Shark Exorcist 3, is it true they filmed the police chase by waiting around for a police car and then just made it look like they were following a car and added the lights and sirens in post production to save on having to rent a police car?"
Cor: I'd answer what you just said but NDA's, *Cor begins speaking slowly* or Non-Disclosure Agreements, are complicated, and let's not mess with it, I've already been burned three times, let's not make it a fifth.
AC: " ...... Alright"

AC leaves and Cor turns back to Falco.

Cor: "What...a....geek that guy was right?"

	I think it is clear Peter is going to target Eddy first. I think he could go far in the G1 too. I do not doubt Eddy will be first but I disagree with that hack Cid who says it will be a squash just so the War games has more time. With Kakko and Cor in that match it won't last that long. Blueprint is going to easily win.

We already know Blueprint is formidable, the Outcasts are top right now, Having Cor, MCG and AC win creates a power vacuum heading into the G1.

	So there is no way they do a triple threat again which means there will be a winner between Falco and Gongshow. I have to think it is Falco but I am not sure how getting a title shot just to lose helps him. Lets face it Mitchy is not dropping the title at Payback. Winner of the G1 maybe cashes in soon after Kings of Wrestling but I do not see Mitchy losing before then.

But if you are really worried about Falco winning only to lose to Mitchy the obvious solution is don't have Falco win over Gongshow. Gongshow winning and (as much as I hate the idea) losing to Mitchy works better for all parties involved. Falco loses but then goes into the G1 with something to prove. Gongshow gets his rematch with Mitchy and needs to win G1 to get another shot and Mitchy beats the former champion gaining some credibility.

Plus 90% of the time in the ring he looks bored or is just going through the paces. (the 10% came out this last week vs Cor of all people)

	I hope they give more time to BonMorrison next week. I really feel they have not done enough to show why he turned on Paris. If they are going to have a match they need a better build as so far there is no heat there to make me care.

	Maybe They do have Eddy and Peter fight but what if Eddy wins by just repeatedly hitting Peter with chairs stairs ladders whatever he can find until the ref has to stop the match because Peter will not stay down. Or Peter promises to change Eddy Forever and in the match Eddy contemplates using a chair only to decide not to then Peter has some guys help him beat Eddy down only for Eddy to fight back and hit Peter with an FU for the clean win. or Peter injures Eddy and in the match Eddy still dominates Peter for the win. or Peter plays mind games with Eddy all match making lights go out and disappearing for portions only to appear behind him or have the ghost of Connor appear and make Eddy freak out but then Peter still loses. Those are great booking ideas for someone with Peters current gimmick right?

Dr Pepper was known as Modo originally but that was before Rock Lobster. The in the Revival days Modo/Pepper was not apart of HFWF while Rock Lobster was. Dr Pepper returned for the most recent rebirth but only now is Rock Lobster back. Now that I think about it Rock Lobster and Fro however did have a good feud so maybe that could be something again. I'll double check with the sourse and see if maybe it was the All Class Championship match not the Heavyweight.

	You know it is only now that DMI mentioned it but Dr Pepper know a Modo made me remember he used to be a tag champion with Fro way back in the original HFWF. Makes sense why they are now both part of the Blueprint. It all ties together.

	Yeah there is still clearly a lot of matches that need to be set up over the last couple weeks before Payback. Fro defending his All Class Title does make sense.
