Upon further review, rule 13.2B doesn't apply in this situation as Subban hadn't cleared waivers the last time (march 22nd), therefore he is eligible to be claimed by any team and Vegas has highest priority. Sorry for the confusion, its a weird rule and like I said we will be changing the CBA in the offseason in order to clarify it for the future and it won't be something we need to monitor.

But no worries honestly. Thought the way the rule was worded was if the player was claimed off waivers, and put on waivers in the same season, they could automatically be reclaimed by the original team that had them and put back in the minors, but if that wasn't the case no biggie.
