I would like to make a tweak or two to the waiver rules in the offseason, actually. This would be one of the things I'd like to change for sure. That and maybe preventing multiple claims at a time.

The only issue is that the former is a little difficult to track. Might be easier to just go with one month before they become waiver eligible again, or something like that.
