With the 3rd pick in the 2019 Draft, Chicago is proud to select, from the USNTDP, Alex Turcotte.

Turcotte is a local product, having grown up in the Chicago suburbs. He idolized the play of Jonathan Toews, and now plays a similar style of game. Despite a campaign shortened by injury, Turcotte managed to pot 27 goals and 62 points in just 37 games. He is committed to the University of Wisconsin for next year, where he will continue to develop and add size to his 5’11, 185 lbs frame. Welcome to Chicago, Alex!

Colorado select from the Vancouver Giants of the WHL... LHD Bowen Byram.

Although it was enticing to select a talented centre, which would have filled a greater need, Colorado drafts the best player available, and are building an elite defence.

Let's go for Alex Newhook

5'10"
190lbs

Fast, shifty, very noticeable on the ice and always wants the puck on his stick (almost a bit of a puck hog from the clips I've watched).

I also believe he's the bpa at this point.

The Montreal Canadiens are pleased to select from the Mississauga Steelheads of the OHL Thomas Harley.

Age 17, Dob Aug 19 2001, 6'3" 192 11 goals 47 assists in 68 games with the Steelheads. Team Canad U18 WJC 1 goal 4 assists in 7 games.

Harley’s skating is likely the largest reason that he has risen in the draft rankings this past year, already being referred to as an elite skater. Mixed with his puck movement, Harley’s ceiling is high and has even been referred to as the next Thomas Chabot.

The Oilers are proud to select Philip Broberg.

I honestly can't see the Oilers going for defence. It's not a huge need for them at this point. They have a lot of depth especially on the left side. They would of picked a forward. Most likely on the left side since their prospect pool on that side really only consists of Benson. So with that being said Zegras, Dach or even take a chance on Newhook who would look great on McDavid's line with the speed and high IQ he has.

Cool story bro. Maybe next time you can make the pick.

This team missed the playoffs for the 11th time in the last 12 years. I'm taking the best remaining player. IMO, that was Broberg.

Oh and the Oilers D sucks. So there's that. They need help across the board.
