Shouldn't Ryan McLeod be on this list?
Based on eligibility listed in OP he should be.

The guy is the exact same age as Bouch and has played less NHL games. Not having him in this poll because Tippett loves him is not a good reason IMO.

I went with Holloway, but truth be told we had Broberg as #1 last year. 2 months into the season he could very well surpass Holloway and Bouchard.

He lost a lot of hype last year not being in North America, but I'm sure soon as training camp fires up there is going to be a lot of media guys and fans drooling again.

Most Oilers fans had Bouchard ahead of Broberg until he had that crazy hot start at the beginning of the SHL season, which influenced the results of the last poll.

Yep, my mistake. I said I'd include him in the polls and immediately forgot to add him to this one. He's there now.

Agreed, I went Broberg still. I think if he was t injured for the WJC, people here would still be drooling about him.

I’m not yet convinced Holloway is a better prospect, need to see both of them play professional, North American, hockey this year.

Holloway imo is closer to the NHL than Broberg. Holloway has a more rounded game, Broberg still has a lot to work on. I think I have him at 4 behind Samorukov

Coin flip between broberg and Holloway here for me, two elite skaters. voted broberg as I still view his potential impact in a game as D as sky high but he will take a bit to get there, will get tons of mins with the condors this year. Holloway will obviously be my #3 vote.

If Broberg did anything drool worthy people here would have drooled over him. Holloway did and is getting the votes accordingly.

I’m debating Samorukov ahead of Broberg as well.

Samorukov will be an NHLer before Broberg will be. He’s also a prospect that brings an element none of our D prospects have.

McLeod in this now throws a wrench into things, he’s already basically 100 percent established even though he’s played less games than Bouchard.

This is very close to my list but I have McLeod ranked higher. McLeod's going to be a solid 3C that we've been always trying to trade for. He could possibly slot in for 2C for spurts. Holloway would be the perfect 2C in 2-3 yrs.

Not really, Shore will give him a run for the money. Turris is on the roster as well

I can guarantee you that Tippett will not put Turris ahead of McLeod.

He loves McLeod, he’s a Tippett kind of player. Good size, great skater, defensively responsible and first man back type of centre. He’s already established himself as a full time roster player under Tippett.

Good size doesn't mean much with McLeod because he doesn't use it.

If he started using it, he could be a force.

I don't think it was Broberg losing hype as much as it was Holloway gaining it all.
