After like my 4th round of voting, still on Slepyshev.

If he finally gets through, then I'll go Roy on the next one. Roy should be ahead of Musil, Gernat and Pitlick IMO.

If Slepyshev were coming over this summer he'd be right behind Yakimov(solely based on position). I believe he'll be over, don't think MacT would have spent a third on a guy who said zero chance he'll be over. Should still be higher even with the uncertainty IMO.

I feel the same way just with Roy slightly ahead of slepyshev, either way I like both more than the three you mentioned.

Yup. Both Roy and Slepy have an actual skill set to be useful and not plugs having coffees. I dont rank future, at best, strudwicks and 4th liners as high ranked prospects. Slepy and roy might actually have value and contribute on a competitive nhl team.

IMO it should be:

Roy
Houck
Davidson
Slepyshev (he would be much higher if we had any indication that he has interest in coming over)
Names out of a hat.

Travis Ewanyk.

This team needs toughness and he brings that. Roy has been inconsistent. Slepyshev has been disappointing and may never come here, Davidson seems parked behind a logjam of d prospects.

Ewanyk was already holding his own and then some as a first year pro in OKC. He isnt that far from getting a shot with the big team. Closer than any of the names left in the poll in fact.

Still pulling for Marco.

Like I said a few votes ago, he's primed for a really solid overage year in the Q. I like his chNces of cracking the top 10 soonerrather than later.

I like that slepyshev is going unnoticed and falling to #15 top prospect. In 2-3 years time he will be ripe for NHL prime time on a sweet ELC deal.

Slepyshev and Yakimov will be perfect complimentary players for Greg Chase.
