Lowe-Siikanen-Mantha are the best 3 skaters left.

Niemelainen would be above those 3 if he hadn't declined over the last couple years.

Starrett should be a top 20 prospect choice as well I think but I don't know if his odds of actually being even a backup at the NHL are high enough to warrant choosing him over Lowe because Lowe likely has a higher chance at a few more NHL games.
